A cyclist wearing a pink jacket and helmet rides a mountain bike along a dirt path in a forested area with bare trees and fallen leaves. Two large trees frame the path, creating a natural archway in the serene outdoor setting. Southwestway-full loop mountain bike trail.

There is a technical loop. Mostly flat. There is a hill with several flow trails and a pump track. And a loop down by the White River.

Fun trail system. The signage could be a little better, but everything leads back to the trail head. Good for a clear the mind kind of ride!

First time visit. Has a bit of everything. XC single track, couple of short downhill flow tracks, and a jump line. Loads of fun.

Very little trail marking signs. Great section but would help to know where to go.

A pump track and more. For an urban setting this is a really nice set of trails. Mostly intermediate. And it's free and easy to get to. Short of going to a premier trail like Brown County State park, this is the best set of trails near Indy.

Amazing trails just south of Indy. Love the variety here. Lots of flow on Mann Hill and the technical riding up north on Lenape! Love it here!

This article is only for the Lenape Trail, this place has grown immensely over the years. This place has flow trials, a DH jumpline and more. Can train doing hill repeats, ride XC and much more. Best trail in Indy proper.

One of my two home courses! Love this place and they continue to add more and more and it is a blast to ride the different levels of trails they continue to build! A must ride if you are in the Indy area!

Lots of variety here, and lots of new sections are constantly being built. You just have to explore a little because there are minimal signs and no maps. Its not a very big area so you can't get really lost. There are lots more plans in the works.

I gave it a 3 because it has no real path markers like fort harrison state park.. There is lots of trails to ride because the paths cross in and out of each other ..

My buddy just got me into MTB and this is the first trail I rode. They just added two new sections to it that are not part of the loop. One section is bigger burns and bigger doubles while getting some speed. The second one is smaller burns, a lot of them in a row, some fun smaller table tops and log jumps. Through out the old loop there are plenty of fun nerve racking steep trails you can jump on. Love this place already can't wait tell there done with the other new trails!!!

Great starting track, you could take your wife and kids and get them started on singletrack and never look back. Easy berms, good flow, you will never get lost. I did 5 loops in just under 2 hours, you could ride this trail ALL day and never really get tired. It was in great shape in Dec 2013, a little damp but not muddy, this loop drains well everywhere except down by the river, which is the prettiest spot on the trail. Grab the wife and some kids and head on out-also perfect if you are in between appointments and want to get a quick workout. Nicely maintained, NO restroom or changing area. Take care of business before you go.

I have lived within an hour of this trail for about four years now and just recently rode it for the first time. From what I have heard, it is much better than it used to be. There is a fairly new "flow trail" that is full of berms and some jumps. The downhill is lots of fun and machine made. The remainder of the trail is scenic and has lots of different options for such a small area. Lots of climb for Indiana and a good variety. Signs are being put up as I type this as well.

Nice set of trails that seem to be expanding quickly recently. Weed whacked recently and wild brush honeysuckle removal in progress. Thankyou to all those voluntees!! To improve more, focus should be on more signage and determining some single direction loops so speed deamons can fly with little worry of oncoming traffic. There are many trails along the river also and the connection trails are starting to suffer from a spiderweb layout like Avon/Washington park. Overall, managed well this will be an incredible place. Thankyou to all that made it happen!

Nice short trail with a little of everything. Some rock, roots, bridges and climbing. More trails currently being added.
