This trail follows the Fish Commission doubletrack from the hatchery in Bellefonte to the one at Shiloh Rd along Spring Creek. Between Shiloh Rd and the Rock Rd parking area, it is a singletrack. Often, you'll encounter fisherman walking along the path/doubletrack to their favorite spots.
