Mountain Biking Star Gap

*****   Add a review
#42 of 549 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
#897 in the world

Lots of tough switchbacks on both sides of the mountain. Tight and steep. Fair amount of technical features: roots and rocks. The western end has the toughest part of the descent.

Tough switchbacks going up and coming down the mountain. Whichever way you choose it's a rowdy descent.

If going east to west, the bottom of the descent is definitely the hardest part.
