Star Lake Trail connects to the Tahoe Rim Trail at Star Lake. The ride up to the lake is about 2700 vertical feet of climb. The downhill is a great run and includes multiple stream crossings! In late July, the streams were passable. At the end of the Star Lake Trail, head over to High Meadows and catch Cold Creek trail the rest of the way down!
