Sto Domingo De Los Olleros

Just rode this trail in October 2018. Epic descent from 11,000 feet to the Pacific Ocean. Entirely desert riding with decent flow, some technical rocky sections and sandy areas to keep you alert. Stunning views the entire way. I just started mountain biking earlier this year, so I don't have much experience to compare this trail. Mostly intermediate trail, but I had to walk a few of the most technical rocky sections. It's a 5 hour shuttle from Lima, so be prepared for a long day. Smiling the whole way down, it was an epic ride.

I want to ride this trail but I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for a guide. Can anyone tell me if it is relatively easy to follow? I would really appreciate any information anyone has on this ride. It's supposed to be one of the best downhills in the world. I can't seem to find a guide for a one day ride who won't charge me an exorbitant amount of money. I would like to go ride it on my own but I can't find a map.
