#13 of 28 mountain bike trails in Manitoba
The trail is a gravelled double track loop wide enough for riding abreast in most places. There are a few steeper hills to climb, but none that are longer than a few hundred meters in length and a dozen meters or so in elevation.
The route is scenic and has good views of the Seven Sisters hydroelectric generating station, its spill way, and the waterfalls terminating the Whitemouth river as it enters the Winnipeg River.

The Second trailhead is located at the North end of Two Rivers Rd which can be accessed by heading North at the intersection of Hwy #307 and Hwy #408, in Seven Sisters MB.
Overall a great fun track to whip around, especially in the dark.
The trail is wide, flat and fast. There are no challenges to speak of, but its scenic and has a lovely waterfall / rapid, as well as a hydroelectric dam to view.
Occasionally, as on this ride, a tree may blow down across the trail and provide a chance to practise your hopping skills! Nothing to worry about, since the trail has excellent visibility everywhere that your comfortable zipping along.
