The Swamp Park Trail connects to the Mad Creek and South Fork trails on either end. Unfortunately, the middle section of this trail runs through the wilderness area, so it's only rideable as relatively short out-and-backs from either end.

This is a great out-and-back ride that runs along a beautiful stream, through some open range, and up to the boundary of the gorgeous Mt Zirkel wilderness. Overall this trail is non-technical, but it is narrow singletrack and does have a few rocky spots.
