It was mildy confusing at first trying to find the flow park. Once I did I had a great ride all the until the end. I bent my rear rim which ended in a flat tire on the river rocks on the way out. As for the flow parks trails, there is a good amount of diversity from easy medium to technical trails. Pretty easy to find from I-5 although there could be better markings for 1st time riders of the area.
This is a small Toledo Metro Park with only one bike trail... it is paved or pea gravel the whole way. The hiking trails are short and pretty uneventful also, not to mention even though we all do ride them, they are not supposed to be biked on.
