Mountain Biking Thad's Singletrack
#80 of 112 mountain bike trails in West Virginia
A little bit of everything. Rock gardens, switchbacks, logs, ravines, cool scenery and a few nice views.
For the most part the trail follows one line which snakes its way up, across the ridge and then back
/>
down a large hillside. If you make a wrong turn on the trail you'll only skip ahead or double back.

Park at the Blue and Grey Memorial which is beside the covered bridge. Look for a public stream access
sign and follow that gravel road under the overpass. Keep going straight until you find a cable gate.
Ride your bike to the right of the gate. You should now be in a small field. Ride to the left and look for
the start of the trail which starts out running along the river bank.
