Not really for mountain biking. It's"jersey hiking trails". Wide. Rooty. Sandy. No signage. Red trail marked with yellow? Trails disappear. The southern part below school house road seems to be rarely ridden. A broken derailleur trap is what it is. Hardly worth the effort.

Depending where you go, trails are overgrown and there are few opticals. There are a few narrow bridges, almost no flat spots. The loose dirt makes traction tricky. There are no real designated trails for bikes. There are miles of trails but none that are really fun to ride, but rather challenging because of trees close to the paths an tight turns. Only one area that has banked turns, but it is difficult to find. Hidden behind the middle school.

In my quest to ride every Trail on this site in New Jersey I rode Thompson today. Nice flowy trails with sometimes soft ground. The Blazing of these Trails is a little confusing but bring a map and you'll be fine. Nice ride. Beware of sandy spots on the trails

Not good for biking. It's basically a big park that has a few short trails in the back. You're far better off taking a 30 minute drive to Six Mile Run.

Nice trail. You can mix trails, they are well marked. You can ride on muliple surfaces, anything from grass, grave to sand. You can also find fome bridges and stairs.

Definitely a nice place to ride around for a few hours. Fun and not too difficulty, except for a few spots.

Trail width varies from singletrack in some areas to being wide enough for 2.5 bikes comfortably.

Can't recall specifically which trail was the red trail (sorry), since we rode nearly all the trails.

Fast, rarely any obstacles, watch out for hikers. Some pretty fun bits.
