From Cold Creek TH (1.5 miles past Larch Corrections Center), shuttle back up to 4-way intersection and take left (east) to yellow gate. Push up through yellow gate along gravel road to Trillium TH. NOTE: as of mid-April, construction has begun to pave parking lot and open gate to TH.
Looks to be a good track during dry weather. It started to rain yesterday, and puddles formed. very slippery when wet in the clear cut sections. Nice jumps with some deep banking turns. Good run
This is the PDX area premier DH trail. Unlike other DH trails, this one is well maintained CCMTB club and relatively sustainable. You can ride this thing on any bike, but you are best suited with at least 6" or better, a dedicated DH. DO NOT climb this trail! please shuttle or climb Cold Creek to top of TH. Upper is natural rugged with drops. Lower (starting at clear cut) has huge table tops and jumps, big berms and fast terrain.
