Take I-80 west from Laramie 40 miles to Arlington exit. Go under I-80, take first right. Take FR 111 to FR 101 (Sand Lake Rd). Take FR 101 south (left) for about 5 miles. Trailhead is on right (west).
Alternatively, take US 130 west from Laramie about 30 miles to FR 101 (Sand Lake Road). Take FR 101 north about 10 miles. Trailhead will be on the left (west).
Fun trail. Lots of down trees slowing the ride down. A great trail to work on improving technical skills. Sharp rocks. Be sure to bring a spare.
