Mountain Biking Twelvemile Trail

***   Add a review

The Twelvemile trail isn't actually 12 miles... it's more like 3. This trail connects to the Sheep Creek trail, allowing you to form a great lariat with that trail. While for the most part Twelvemile is singletrack, there are some rocky doubletrack portions, and the singletrack can be quite chunky as well.

Honestly, this trail isn't all that great. It's good for forming a lariat with the Sheep Creek trail and the 4x4 road, but honestly the next time we come out here, we'll probably just go out-and-back on Sheep Creek. But if you do decide to ride Twelvemile, be sure to go downhill on it (counterclockwise on the lariat loop). That's the way we rode it, and I'd have hated to climb it!
