    Trail in great shape from usage as subdivisions get closer to trails edge , minimal mud and new bridges built over wet sections.

    Wet and muddy due to recent rain and snow

    Some areas with snow but with ground still slightly frozen mud level was not too bad.
    Minimally used this time of year due to run offs and mud but great if you are looking for an outback ride close to town
