Rode 25 April 20 and trails were great. Saw a new trail but did not get a chance to ride it. I am anxious to get back out there and explore. Multiple new features added this year. Good for beginners and intermediate riders.
Fun trial system. Becoming more and more popular and well known in Lexington. Great place to ride and pick new routes and mix trails up. Also has some good beginner trails to teach beginning mtbers. Been teaching my kids. Beginner trails that still that are still dirt and run through woods.
Road on a Sunday afternoon, very easy was enjoyable though. Trail intersects with frisbee golf and also runs along a creek. Be careful many people walking dogs.
I've been riding this trail for about two years and really enjoyed it for some cardio after work. With that in mind, the flow of the trail is not great. Due to Veteran's park restrictions there are no landing pads for jumps so don't expect to do any huge jumps.
In the more technical area there are a few berms and fun area's to go fast. They've added some optional obstacles on the side which is pretty fun (small rock gardens & log piles).
Overall these trails are not bad at all. Comparing this to other trails I had to rate this trail a 3. If you're a beginner who wants to try to a few small jumps and progress to more technical riding this is the place to go.
From Florida up doing a MTB trip and this one is near family. I wasn't sure really what to expect, but i must say this is a good trail. While out there saw a deer, turtle, rabbit, and a lot of birds. The trail was fast and only being labeled a green, think it's more of a blue. So great ride will do again.
Good beginner track and then loop back for the more technical course. Good elevation changes. Some small jumps, log and rock piles. Conditions were great. Watch for joggers and dogs on the trail.
Fun but short little trail system on the south side of Lexington. Easy loop is nice and smooth with the occasional rocky pass to navigate. Nothing to write home about but can be as fun as you make it. The intermediate loop has a few nice downhill segments with high banked turns and a few decent jumps.
Can have quite a bit of traffic from time to time so stay on your toes and watch for other riders when coming around turns.
Very nice trail. Not much up hill climbing, and not too many obstacles. There is a beginners course and a intermediate course. Both are fun to ride. If you haven't been I recommend going. Some people like to hike on the trails so be heads up. Enjoy!
Nice beginner track. Great flow. Some small climbs but a great intro track. Only issue was some of the joggers using the trail and lack of directional signs so you may come across other riders coming at you.
This is a pretty nice trail for a city park. There are no major climb or tight switchbacks. There are a couple of berms and some quick, short downhills.
Very easy trail great for beginners & the like. The regulations are off on this place because Ive seen a majority of people w/o helmets. This parks may be easy but you will still spill like a cup of juice if you aren't careful. This place is fun if you're looking for a quick workout...
Singletrack, hard pack, flowy, very easy. Nothing spectacular but a fun little trail to get a warm up if your in town. I would not travel far for this trail. Only 5-6 miles total. This is a great trail to bring kids or novice riders. Lots of runners/hikers sneaking around so be on the lookout. Enjoy.
Veteran's is a good place to hit at lunch time. It flows nicely and lends itself to singlespeed. The biggest downfall is that Parks & Rec end up doing some of the maintenance and have recently put gravel down in some places which really screws with the fung shui of the place. Watch for hikers and disc golfers during really busy times.
KYMBA has done allot of improvements to this trail from the last time I rode it a year or two ago. A ton of jumps were added. Some log and rock rollovers. It's turned into a real fun trail to ride.

Thank |Great trail, easy, fun, except on days when the temp is 90 plus...
Thank |Good ride. Very smooth and level. When you have speed you can air out on a lot of sections. Good stuff, will be going again.
Thank |Great little trail until they dug up a huge portion for a sewer easement. Hope when completed in 2 years we will get our trail back
Thank |A fun in-town trail. Poison ivy is prolific particularly on easier trail. Minimal signage so you will spend time off roading.

Thank |easy trail and well worn. Can have a lot of fun the the blue trail.
