Intermediate trail from the top of the Gondola down to Mountain Village that alternates between open ski runs and trees. The Beginning is steeper with gravely switchbacks under one of the chair lifts. In the trees the trail becomes smoother and flatter and is fairly easy single/doubletrack track with only some roots to deal with. Long straightaways and a few tight turns. Emerges again onto the ski runs, where the trail becomes more rocky. A long straightaway takes you back into the trees as the trail descends toward mountain village. The trail dumps you onto a road and then back onto a rocky/open section of trail before meeting pavement once gain in the village as you ride to the gondola. Can take the free chairlift up to make multiple runs or try other trails. Very easy to stay on the trail with signage.
I'm new to Mt. Biking so my skill level is lower than most. This trail was really fun! The free gondola ride to the top is a bonusðŸ'ðŸ½. Fast and narrow at times and had to watch out on some of the switch backs due to my skill level. Super awesome quick run!!!
Thank |Lots of fun here with gondola served lift to the top. It's changed some since i rode it, rerouting. Deep in the aspen forest at times and thru Mountain Village also. Make sure your brakes are ready for the long descents.
Thank |Good easy single track with great views. Taken from the top of the Gondola allows for some laid back riding.
