From the park Visitor Center parking lot a spur trail leads directly to the War Eagle Valley Loop.
I like incorporating the War Eagle Loop into my ride when i go to Hobbs. Has the steepest grade of the loops, Some fun tiny stream crossings (usually dry), good overlook of War Eagle creek. Not very technical besides a couple tight switchback. Trail surface, like the rest of hobbs, is dirt with plenty of loss small rocks. Higher dirt to rock ratio down near the stream. 3.5/5 for Arkansas, 2/5 for USA.
