Mountain Biking Warren Ave

*****   Add a review
#3 of 95 mountain bike trails in Mexico
#3,575 in the world

Super flowy and fast downhill trail with incredible views of the beach and Sea of Cortez. Be careful if riding uphill - this is a downhill rip! You will find detailed maps on http://www.trailforks.com/region/la-ventana/

I found all of the trails in this network to be well planned and maintained. The scenery is beautiful, and Warren is an especially fun trail. The flows are fast and fun, and suitable for a range of ability.

Warren Ave is not in top shape right now but a trail day is planned for Tuesday, November 22 so expect two new corners, faster times and maybe a new KOM. Warren

The whole network is a gem. There are trails for everyone--from relatively flat to flowy and fun with some technical. We came to la Ventana for the wind and to our delight found these trails. Views from the system look our over the Sea of Cortes. They are well marked and maintained and are a real asset to the area.

We came to La Ventana for the wind, but found that the trails here are equally a valuable asset. The network of trails is well marked, well thought out and have something for everyone. There are some that offer views with not to much technical or climbing and others that offer climbs and more technical aspects. The weather during the winter is amazing for riding. Local folks have done a great job of mantenance. These trails will e one of the reasons we wnat to come back here.

One of many trails in the beautiful desert in La Ventana/El Sargento. I hike more than I bike, but I love these trails which are fun and beautifully built. A huge asset to the area!
