Mostly single track with some double track roads. This is a network of trails that interconnect via multiple short connectors. Some winding single track through the trees and some fast open single track over the hills with a nice view of the Ocean.

Nice trail in a cooler part of the state. I can go to this trail when I need to cool off. If is about 45 minutes west of my current location. When it is 100 degrees here in Paso Robles, I can make the short trip and be in 70 degree weather. Train is smooth and well maintained. There is more foot traffic the closer you get to the ocean. I stayed on the trails away from the ocean and got a good work out on some of the hills in the back. Once the workout was complete a did a slow ride on the ocean for some pictures. Trail is not challenging, except for the two big hills in the back, and has a lot of hikers.

An easy trail with some windy single track in the trees and open single track and some wider double track trails. There is some climbing, but overall not that bad.
