Besides the Pump Track (fun for 15 minutes), there are no trails anymore. There are gravel paths for off road cycling, but they are not very challenging. Spent around half an hour here in total and probarbly won't go back.

Parks Victoria have done a great job of reinvigorating Westgate Park, into a place you want to visit rather than a dilapidated wasteland.
Unfortunately as part of the project, someone forgot to mention keeping the MTB trails and developing them into a feature, they are no longer there (except for the pump track which has seen better days). It is now a series of gravel paths which are great for commuting but not the MTB single tracks we all desire...I say bring back the single track and capitalise on the MTB boom Westgate Park Management.

I'm not sure if I didn't look hard enough or something has changed in the last few years but there was zero evidence of any MTB trails at Westgate.
If there was it's all been gentrified into gravel and paved paths now.
