Mountain Biking Whataupoko Park

**   Add a review
#129 of 171 mountain bike trails in North Island
#17,941 in the world

First up, have a look at the mapboard at the entrance and figure out some trails to suit your fitness and ability. There is a spaghetti polonaise of purpose built singletrack scattered around, all signposted. The park is not very big - you won't be lost for long! Some nice views from the top too.

This is a fine little scenic mountain bike park. Unlike most North Island trails it's not built in a production pine plantation which makes for a nice change. The trails are mainly short intermediate cross-country style.
