1 North/East to Bath. Take High ST ext, go north. You can turn Left on Centre st, and Park at YMCA, Or go all the way to N end of High, Park on street. Follow the blue blaze from the top of Thorne Head Preserve all the way to the YMCA in town
Great little trail. Pretty technical ride. Found a good trail map online. Search "Wiskeag Trail" on mainetrailfinder.com
