This is a perfect trail to ride if you're short on time, just need a quick loop in that provides gorgeous views of Sun Valley and Ketchum. You can ride out from the town on a path and get to the trail head in less than 10 mins.

This was the first loop my wife and I rode after arriving in Sun Valley and it was an easy little 1.5 mile loop. We started at the trail sign by the bike path right on Sun Valley Road and headed up Valley View Loop. We came down the left leg of the Sunrise Loop to return to our start point. Nothing remarkable about this loop but it is all singletrack and offers nice views. Very easy access in town.

Very close to town of Ketchum. Not a lot of technical difficulty, with one major area of elevation gain.

Go for the scenery and/or with the family, and you would not be disappointed.

Recommended to ride the loop counter-clockwise, so as to descend on the. Valley View trail (else it is a steep climb)
