Mountain Biking Wille White (t113)

****   Add a review
#123 of 283 mountain bike trails in New Mexico
#7,622 in the world

T113 starts out climbing up the canyon, following old railroad grades. The first 4 miles is mostly uphill, with occasional very technical sections of climbing through baseball-sized rock fields. The grade is never terribly steep, but the rocks make it far more challenging.

At mile 4 the trail intersects with T5008 (Wills Canyons) and you can either drop down T112 for a fairly technical canyon descent for the last 1.2 mile OR you can use T5008 to link back in to the beginning of T113. The distance for either option is about the same (~10.5 mile round trip).

If you ride the entire 5.2 mile T113, you will either have to climb back the way you came, or follow T5009 (Old Sunspot Highway Trail) back to FR164 to ride back to your car.

Elevation Range: 8,000 - 9,360ft (1,360ft elevation gain)

Trail is open to ATV's, dirt bikes, mountain bikes
, and hikers.
