Wide, machine built IMBA style trails. Red clay base with a few roots but mostly smooth sailing. The south parking lot has a great parking lot with a beautiful kids play area. Most people seem to come for the kids area or to walk their dog on the trails. Nice trail if you're in the area, wouldn't drive out of my way to ride it though. Has a little climbing and is somewhat scenic where it tracks along the river. Certainly beats the Old Landfill Trail in Charlottetown which is rated #1 on Singletracks.
