The best flowing track around Sydney I reckon. You can keep going as fast as your fitness will allow, so a great track to use Strava on, with lots of segments to try and beat your best time on (or that of your friends). A really good fitness track that is heaps of fun as well.

A bit slippery because they cut the grass around the track..

Predominantly easy XC trail comprising a mix of machine built sections with huge constructed berms and more natural sections through partially cleared woodland. Easy B-Line options are provided at all technical features, although the only notable technical feature at the time of review was "the rolley polley" - a raised undulating platform leading to a drop off that is slightly too high to be rollable. Very little shade on the trail but shaded seating is provided at the trail head. Very well sign-posted, with 3km, 6km and 12km loop options. Similar to Mt Annan but easier riding. Also has a very small pump track, small jumps area and bike wash facility.
