#65 of 112 mountain bike trails in Alabama

Good family ride if passing through to/from the beach. This trail is paved with markers. It overlooks Lake Eufaula and has both excellent views and wildlife. Easy trail to ride. Two known single track loops as optional rides. Do not ride if looking for something technical or dirt. Do ride if looking to see Lake Eufaula via two wheels.

This is a paved trail....3 miles out and 3 miles back. this first mile and a half is along Lake Eufaula, and is beautiful....the rest is just trough some neighborhoods ands ends at a ballpark....if your in the area...and need a little....and I stress a little workout then you might as well ride it.

Nice and easy recreational/scenic ride. I did take some side path singletrack and was told by a passing biker that they are for walking. Nothing was marked as such, however. Pretty short, rooty, a nice changeup from the paved path. Worth riding just for the scenery, but don't expect much and due to other activities, not a good place to ride faster.
