Fast and flowy hard pack with plenty of technical rock shelf terrain. Some of the most superb trail building I've seen.

Al Foster Memorial Trailhead
Very nicely laid out singletrack traveling up a long valley and back down the other side. Some technical rocky areas to keep it interesting. A paved roadway transects the area giving an easy bailout if needed. This is a very popular trail with the locals.
Thank |This place has become so amazing in the past couple of years. There are tons of fast and flowy sections mixed in with a couple rock drops, rock gardens, ledges and some great banks / berms. More work being done. That will lock this place in as one of the premier spots in the St Louis, MO area.
