From Flagstaff, take Lake Mary Road south towards Mormon Lake. Just past mile marker 313 you will see dirt road on left with sign "Gooseberry Springs". Trail head is approx. 500 yards down dirt road.
Rode north and south from Blue Ridge Reservoir Rd. Both directions were fun and in the trees for much of the trail. Northward was a bit more tech and deeper in the forest.
Thank |Very scenic. A few rocky climbing but nothing too technical.
Thank |This is a section of the trail between Mormon Lake and the Mogollon Rim. Very scenic ponderosa and oak woodlands.
