This was the first time my son and I were exposed to some downhill. Great trails. We both had a blast. The trails are well marked and maintained.

Great time! Just visited the AMBC Fest this weekend. Great trails that can handle the rain. Fantastic downhills and plenty of trails to keep you from getting bored!

I made the trip from Cookeville and it was well worth it. The trails are very smooth with very little rock. Barn Burner was closed for maintenance, but Cruze Valley was open and a lot of fun. Red Bud Crest connects with the rest of the Urban Wilderness and access to about 42 miles of trails. Most of the trails are multi-use and I saw a lot of walkers. I will definitely be back.

This place is a breath of fresh air for Knoxville. This is the project funded by the winnings from the Bell Grant. The trails are smooth and we'll groomed. The trail system contains a gold "CRUZ" (less difficult), blue "BARN BURNER" (more difficult), and double black diamond "DEVILS RACETRACK" (most difficult) that make up the 3 DH runs. The loops connecting them are great rides as well... complete fun. You park at the lowest elevation of the trail system, so it is a climb to the top of all of the starts, but well worth it. The trails and downhill section are well marked. Tabletop, rollers, berms... oh my.
