A winding dirt path through a forest, surrounded by trees with bare branches and a carpet of fallen leaves. Two fallen logs lie across the path, and a large moss-covered rock is situated nearby, indicating a natural and tranquil woodland setting. Beebe Hill State Forest mountain bike trail.

The Fun factor here is full stoke! Great features, including skinnies, rollers and jumps. The trails are well maintained but not well marked. Use Trailforks to navigate the area.

Contact Columbia Mountain Bike Alliance on Facebook for more info. A lot has changed. You can get a solid 3 hour ride without really riding the same trail. Maps available.

The trail network at Beebe Hill State Forest in Austerlitz, NY has grown considerably in the past 2 years. We are approaching the magic 20 mile mark in 2016, which we should meet by May. While most of the trails have technical aspects there are a few that are just fast, flowy fun. Highlights include Red Eft, Bear Brook, Dirtfish and Solitude. These trails are all on the Fog Hill Road side of the forest. They are not to be missed. You can also access the trail network from NY route 22 directly across from East Hill Rd.

Beebe Hill is owned by CCMBA and they make some trails in the area. ORC is located behind the kiosk and has double diamond features on it. Did not try the fog hill side but the Facebook page says that there is more trails over there. If anybody finds trails over there write a review about it so I can ride it. Watch out for police searching for natural marijuiana growing in the area. Over all very great trail but not for beginners. Experts only.

This forest has a combination of purpose built singletrack and trails constructed by the forest ranger. Some of the ranger trails see very little traffic and might be overgrown and hard to follow.
The purpose built trails are a combination of flowy singletrack sprinkled with tech features and some very rocky slow tech trails that requires some solid bike skills. Trails can be accessed from Beebe Hill parking area and by crossing route 5 and locating the blue trail of Fog HIll Rd. For more information on this spot. Search Columbia County Mountain Bike Alliance on Facebook. The FB Page has lots of good info.

This is a flow trail that can be enjoyed by newbies and experts alike. Connected to ORC you can do lap after lap with little climbing. Great rollers and berms.
