#109 of 265 mountain bike trails in Montana
This is a killer of a gravel road climb! It does offer some gorgeous views, though.

From Bigfork, drive north on 35. Take a right at 83 at the gas station (first stop light outside of town). Take a left onto Foothills road? at the Echo lake cafe/school/gas station corner. Take a right on 5292/Jewel Basin Road, and park there.
Great gravel road climb if the singletrack is too wet. This can also be combined with some of the trails in the area for an epic route! Intermediate difficulty just for the steep climb. Be sure to take in all of the amazing views! If you're from out of town, definitely bring your camera along.
