Seriously though, as mountain bikers become more comfortable with — and dare we say, dependent on — dropper posts, we find ourselves wanting to get the seat even lower. Fortunately bike manufacturers are on board, doing everything they can to reduce seat tube heights to afford the longest dropper possible. And dropper post brands are offering ever taller posts while filling in the gaps in travel so there’s just the right amount of drop to fit every rider and every bike.
