$219 Limited edition PNW dropper posts will add that drip to your bike

PNW just released limited edition Loam and Rainier dropper posts with a unique silver anodized finish.

PNW Components just dropped limited edition silver anodized dropper posts, and they’re sure to turn heads on the trail.

“Give ’em the ol’ razzle-dazzle,” the brand writes. “Here at PNW Components, we’re really drawn to shiny things. So we decided to glam it up this year and make a run of limited edition dropper posts in a lustrous anodized silver.”

The silver Loam dropper post ($219) is available with 125-200mm of travel in 30.9mm and 31.6mm diameters, while the limited-edition Rainier ($209) is a 27.2mm dropper post that’s perfect for your gravel bike with either 125mm or 150mm of travel. PNW dropper posts deliver a ton of value for the price, and these limited edition posts are just $10-20 more than the standard black versions. Sadly, there doesn’t appear to be a silver lever to go with the posts.

In an email to Singletracks, PNW founder Aaron Kerson said, “creating an all-silver dropper was actually more challenging than expected due to the hard coat anodizing process we use on our stanchions. It is less common to do this process in colors other than black, so we had to create a special testing procedure and do some R&D with our anodizing supplier to make it happen. But, it worked out, and we’re very stoked on the final product! “

Pick up these posts while they’re available, as it’s unclear how limited this edition will be.
