Otso Hoot titanium hardtail trail bike

The Otso Hoot is the brand’s most trail-oriented — dare we say hardcore — hardtail yet. The titanium frame has a 65° head tube angle, 76° seat tube angle, and short 425mm chainstays with the ability to fit tires up to 29×2.6″. Otso uses a 3D-printed titanium chainstay yoke and UDH dropouts, and the SRAM GX Eagle AXS Transmission build features a 140mm Fox 36 fork.

  • Price: $3,300 frame, $7,200 complete
  • Buy from otsocycles.com

New DVO Prime shock damper

The new DVO Prime damper is the brand’s most adjustable system yet. With six clicks of low speed compression and ten clicks of high speed compression damping, the Prime damper features tool-free adjustment for easy trail side tweaks. The Prime damper will be available on the DVO Topaz air and DVO Jade coil shocks, which both feature updated bushings for improved side-load stiffness.

Gore Ultimate Bib Shorts+

The new Gore Ultimate cycling bib features a 3D-printed chamois that’s said to be more eco-friendly and comfort-optimized than traditional foam padding. For now, Gore says the Ultimate Bib Short+ is only “available in a men’s silhouette (XS-XL) in a black colorway.”

Mavic Deemax Park wheelset

If you “only ride park,” Mavic has a wheelset just for you. Actually, even if you don’t ride park, the Mavic Deemax Park wheelset looks to be a sturdy choice thanks to the 32-spoke construction, Pinch Flat Protection rims, and easy-to-service J-bend spokes. Naturally, the rims are aluminum, and Mavic includes a couple extra spokes in the box. Available in 26″, 27.5″, and 29″ diameters.

SRAM Powertrain Range Extender

The new SRAM Powertrain Range Extender battery packs 250Wh of power in a 1.5kg package that can be snapped in place using a $110 holder kit attached to standard bottle mounts. When the battery is not in use, a bottle cage snaps into the holder.

  • Price: $549 battery, $110 holder
  • Buy from SRAM retailers
