The Fuji name hasn’t long been associated with premium enduro-ready mountain bikes, but they’re working on it.
Last year Fuji debuted an updated Auric line along with a factory enduro racing team.
Now the brand has another updated Auric the LT, or “long-travel.” The aluminum-framed mountain bike gets a 170mm fork and 160mm of frame travel.
Fuji racer Amy Morrison has tested the bike on EWS courses and in other races for the past three years. She’s taken wins in pro downhill races and stages on the Continental Enduro Series.
Now Fuji feels the Auric LT has reached a point where it is ready to hit the market.
Along with an aggressive look, the geometry is ready to charge too.
A 63.5-degree head angle, 75.5-degree seat angle, and a reduced offset fork make up the bike’s angles. That’s about as modern as it gets.
The Auric LT comes in two builds.
A $3,800 build includes a Fox Rhythm 36 Float, a Fox Float Performance DPX2 rear shock, a KS Lev E30i dropper post, 27.5″ WTB wheels, and TRP brakes. Not bad.
For $4,700, buyers can get the premium tier model. It includes a Rock Shox Lyrik RC, a Rock Shox Super Deluxe RT3, a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM Code brakes, and DT Swiss wheels.
