Little Bellas is a national program that uses mountain biking to build confidence in girls ages seven and up, and Specialized has teamed up with the group to offer a new limited edition Rockhopper to help get even more girls on the trail. Not only does the bike sport a custom blue-purple fade paint job and sparkly decals, a portion of every bike sale will be donated to the Little Bellas organization to support their mission.
Build highlights include internal cable routing, an SR Suntour XCM suspension fork, hydraulic disc brakes, and 2.3-inch tires front and rear. New riders may find the 2×9 drivetrain a little confusing, but the upshot is plenty of gear range for getting up the hill. The $675 hardtail mountain bike is offered in four different sizes, with 26-inch wheels on the extra, extra small size and 27.5-inch wheels on sizes extra small through medium.
