WTB recently sponsored an event with the Semper Fi Fund in California, hosting 16 physically and/or mentally wounded veterans for a weekend of rides, shuttles, and skills coaching. WTB/Cannondale Overmountain team members Mark Weir and Jason Moeschler were among the pros sharing the stoke with this group of vets, and the whole thing went down on a private ranch whose owners were gracious enough to host the event. For more photos and details about the weekend, be sure to read this full article from WTB.

As a former service member myself, I’m stoked to see companies like WTB stepping up to help our veterans. I’ve personally known a number of vets who have taken up mountain biking as a way to cope with the transition to the civilian world, and that puts us as mountain bikers in a unique position to help. Let’s all support our troops!
