It’s the last day of April and for many in the USA, it’s prime mountain biking time. For others, the trails might not be ready for a while.

MTBMD has spent the last two months cleaning up trails, nicking out wet spots, rerouting (with the park's permission) and clearing brush to make our trails as good as possible for our upcoming event, Hill Yeah!

Ride now they are in prime condition.

Depends on elevation. Starting out around 6,500'. most trails are good, lest a storm rolled through. The higher elevations, get your fat bike and away ya go!

Down here in the lowest of lowlands on the US East Coast, it's been perfect riding for much of April, and March wasn't bad either. We got virtually zero snow this season (sigh) and were able to ride much of the winter on dirt, and all of it on gravel. Always seems to rain on Saturdays lately though.
