Six locations around the world received the gift of new trails this holiday season. Check out the impressive new builds that opened in December.
Harstad Bike Park (Harstad, Norway): Velosolutions Scandinavia recently completed phase two of the Harstad Bike Park including both trails and a skills area, in addition to a pump track and jump lines.
Wild Mersey Trails (Latrobe, Tasmania): Trailscapes has added new tracks to the Wild Mersey trail network, including one that climbs to Kimberleys Lookout.
Port Gamble Trails (Port Gamble, Washington): The “Ranger Corridor” opened last month with three new flow lines: Ranger (intermediate), Cool Runnings (advanced), and Owl Pacino (expert).
San Lee Park (Sanford, North Carolina): San-Lee mountain bike park recently re-opened after being closed to rework some of the downhill tracks. Read more about the closure (and re-opening) in Matt’s article.
Sky Trails (Plettenberg Bay, South Africa): Sky Villa Boutique Hotel and Trail Lynx partnered together to build this new trail system in Plettenberg Bay.
Willowie Trails (Willowie, South Australia): 20km of beginner and intermediate trails are now open, with plans to add a 37km advanced trail in the future.
