In yet another sign that mountain biking demographics are shifting (or at least, widening), H&I Adventures announces a slate of “culinary mountain biking trips” all around the world for the outdoor adventurer. Trips include a tapas tour in Spain, whiskey tasting in Scotland, and feasting on traditional Mexican moles in Oaxaca. There’s even a beer tasting trip in British Columbia where the riding is certainly world class.

I love riding hard to build up a big appetite, though I never really thought of myself as a foodie. But if sampling delicious craft beers and Mexican moles makes me one, then so be it. 🙂
